Appointments

To make an appointment, please call (740) 965-2451. Every effort will be made to arrange a convenient time for you. If you are having any dental discomfort, please let us know as early in the day as possible so we may see you the same day.

If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give at least a 24-hour notice, so that your previously reserved time can be made available to another patient.

We take great pride in our ability to see everyone at his or her appointed time. Patients who arrive after their appointed time may need to reschedule, or the services planned may require adjustments, so as not to inconvenience the next patient.

Appointment delays unfortunately do occur in our office occasionally. We realize that your time is also valuable and we schedule appointments accordingly. Delays happen usually due to our efforts to work into our schedule a patient who has a dental emergency. We always provide this emergency service to our patients.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
